Participants will emerge from this interactive seminar with an understanding of the concept of the urban environment as a material bank. The critical data and traceability functionality of an asset register will be explored in considering what makes a useful material bank, both in the present and for future resource valorisation. Current local and global traceability, risk mitigation and other sustainability-relevant frameworks and regulations will be reviewed as the context for this seminar.
