Service Description
Participants will emerge with an understanding of Right to Repair, Product Stewardship and repair options to be considered at design, specification and procurement stages, as well as at end of first life. Participants will emerge able to weigh up time, budget and durability viability of repair alongside environmental, social and governance outcomes.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to your session are eligible for a 50% refund of the booking fee. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, but we will offer the opportunity to reschedule. In the rare event that we must reschedule due to illness or emergency, we will contact you to arrange a new time or offer a full refund.
